I’m Shelly – I’m a fitness instructor, specializing in mindful movement.

I started my fitness career teaching group fitness classes at my alma matter, Cal Poly Pomona. I completed AFAA’s group fitness certification in 2013 and have continued to advance my knowledge with numerous courses in yoga, Pilates, barre, and strength training. In 2014, I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Cloud Nine Yoga. In 2020 I completed a 500 hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Club Pilates. In addition to these teacher training programs, I have advanced my skills by acquiring certifications and attending workshops with Barre Above, Barre Intensity, Barre Variations, Pilates Suspension Method, BOSU, TRX, Trigger Point Therapy, and Kathryn Bruni-Young. I am currently studying to take the NCPT exam and ACE’s personal trainer exam later this year. I am passionate about helping others embrace movement of all kinds in order to feel their best.
