Shelly Webb is a fitness instructor with ten years experience leading students through mindful movement. She has earned comprehensive certifications in Pilates (500 hr.) and Yoga (200 hr.) and has furthered her education with specialty certifications in Barre, HIIT, TRX, Suspension Pilates, and myofascial release.
