About Your Instructor
Shelly Webb is a fitness instructor with ten years experience leading students through mindful movement. In addition to being a certified Personal Trainer, she has earned comprehensive certifications in Pilates (500 hr.) and Yoga (200 hr.). She has furthered her education with specialty certifications in Barre, HIIT, TRX, Suspension Pilates, and Trigger Point myofascial release.
